A Christmas Thankyou
On behalf of the Board of Trustees, Ian and I would like to wish all our wonderful supporters and friends of our Charity, a really blessed and peaceful Christmas. We want to once again take this opportunity to thank everyone who has given time, energy, expertise, skill, money, items to sell, and so much more, and especially the encouragement we both receive from the interest and willingness to help us in our Mission to fulfill God’s Vision for our wonderful adults with learning disabilities. We feel very blessed to have and know so many amazing people. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. God bless. Happy Christmas, Ian & Rachael.
December Update
We held a Christmas food and craft fayre on Saturday 4th December at the Chesterton Community Centre. There were 14 different traders, including Christmas baubles, handmade soaps, copper jewellery, bespoke knitting, stained glass, silver and precious stone jewellery, Kelly’s Krafts, Chocoraze, Flamingo Papierie, Indian samosa and bhaji, cross stitch cards, handmade candles, AHJ Knitters and Crafters produce. The event raised £500 and was well received.
One lovely comments from Jackie (‘the soap lady’) – handmade by JFB: ‘Dear Rachael, I just wanted to thank you for organising the craft fayre, the project and commitment you have made is staggering, If you hold another event in the future, I would dearly love to be included, it was a wonderful day. Wishing you a very Merry Christmas, and stay safe and well, Kindest regards’
